By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Truth Business Solutions (DBA of Truth Tax & Accounting LLC) provides digital systems setup, CRM configuration, website building, automation, and monthly management services as described in our packages.

2. Payment

Setup fees are due in full before work begins

Monthly management fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis

All fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced

3. Refund Policy
Setup fees are non-refundable after project kickoff. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue in good faith.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content (logos, images, copy) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. SMS Communications
By opting in to receive text messages from Truth Business Solutions, you agree to receive SMS communications related to your account, onboarding, appointments, and promotional offers (if separately consented). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Intellectual Property
All website designs, funnels, and digital assets created by Truth Business Solutions remain the property of the client upon full payment. Truth Business Solutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
Truth Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
